At Oddweave, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with our straightforward return and refund process.
1. General Return & Refund Process
To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@oddweave.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product name, and reason for the return.

Approval: Once we review your request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us, if applicable.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Return & Refund Situations
We understand that different situations require different handling. Below are our policies based on specific circumstances:
a. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact Us: Email support@oddweave.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the defect or damage, or details of the wrong item received.

Return/Exchange: We will provide a prepaid return label, and you can choose either a refund or a replacement of the defective or incorrect item.

Refund Processing: Once the return is received and verified, we will issue your refund within 7-10 business days or ship the replacement product.
b. Product Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window:

Contact Us: Email support@oddweave.store with your order number and tracking information.

Investigation: We will contact the shipping provider and conduct an investigation.

Resolution: If the package is deemed lost, we will either offer a full refund or ship a replacement item, depending on your preference.
c. Cancellation After Placing an Order
If you wish to cancel an order after placing it:

Contact Us Immediately: Email support@oddweave.store within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once the item arrives. The shipping fee will not be refunded in this case.
d. Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect, damage, or incorrect delivery:

Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
e. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time:

3. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
